by Robert Overstreet | March 26, 2013

When you find yourself being critical or judgemental towards other people, it is time to look inside of yourself. When you are frustrated with yourself or with something going on in your life, it is easy to think negative thoughts or even lash out at others instead of dealing with your own problem. Take time, calmly define your problem, and think through to find a solution to your problem. It is okay to get help if necessary. Then, work through your problem. It is normal to have problems in life. How we choose to react is up to us. We must continue to be respectful and kind. Remember, how we feel if the roles were reversed and people are critical or judgmental of us. Most often, they are feeling stressed with an issue they need to resolve. Refrain from taking it personal. Guidance for reducing stress will be coming soon. They will be posted under “Positive Living“.
