Challenge: let us live with “Kindness and Compassion” 12 months out of the year.

Living a positive life includes Kindness and compassion every day. Especially to  people who are less than kind.

We all meet people having a bad day, they say or do something which causes us to be in a bad mood. We in turn, say or do something to the next person who crosses our path and puts them in a bad mood.  The chain of negative energy has been set in motion.

The chain of energy flows either direction, it is our choice.

We also meet people, most often randomly, while going about our day who says or does something that makes us feel good. Because our mind and heart are in a kind and positive space, we in turn are nicer to the next person who crosses our path.

We are all connected and feed on one another’s energy. The more kindness and positive energy we share with the world, the more others, will share kindness and the more will cycle back.

As a collective unit, we can raise the energy level of the world.

Happy Life

When I wake up every morning, my first gratitude is another day on earth. I have been blessed with a new opportunity to live my authentic self. Every day is a fresh start and a another day to learn something new about myself and to put other people first by giving of myself to my fellow beings. I make a conscious effort to look at life in a positive light. Willing to accept the days challenges and and life lessons.

When we live in a positive field of energy, people want to be around us and will be willing to assist us in our challenges. Living in a positive field of energy, consists of giving to, thinking of, and helping other people. People will help us with our challenges because of our overall generosity.

A few of my daily goals:

  1. Get to know myself better, accept myself for all my beauty and flaws (love myself).
  2. Treat myself with kindness, dignity, and respect.
  3. Unconditional LoveTreat everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect.
  4. Random Act of Kindness:  Do good deeds for strangers with no expectation of anything in return.
  5. Gratitude: Tell someone I appreciate them and the work they do.
  6. Laughter: For good health “mental‘ and “physical“.
